This is how THE MEETINGROOMS works.

1. You choose a location from our list

2. You call or email when you would like to book: we place an option on the date.

3. You decide within 24 hours whether you want to book the room.

4. You confirm and receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

5. Payment is made afterwards. You will receive an invoice . You can swipe, transfer it or pay with a link with a credit card.

There is always a host at the beginning to welcome you, serve coffee and help with all your questions.

You can come about 30 minutes in advance to prepare things.

A fifteen minute or half hour delay is also not a problem.
